Pulse Biosciences’ CellFX nsPFA technology has demonstrated promising preclinical and early clinical results in cardiac ablation—showing reduced procedure times and durable effects compared to radiofrequency ablation. Over 100 patients have been treated in European feasibility studies with the nsPFA 360° Cardiac Catheter. U.S. pivotal trials for both catheter-based and surgical clamp systems are slated to begin mid–2025. The company also plans a U.S. clinical trial for benign thyroid nodules using its percutaneous electrode system. In dermatology, the CellFX System has completed pivotal studies on sebaceous hyperplasia and warts.
