Pure Global refers to two distinct entities. The primary active entity, Pure Global (the consulting company), provides AI-powered global medical device and IVD regulatory strategy and compliance solutions across more than 30 markets worldwide. They support clients through all stages of market entry—from pre-market development to post-market surveillance—and offer expertise in quality assurance, local representation, technical documentation preparation/submission, lifecycle management, and training. Their team includes experts with backgrounds at Google, Microsoft GE Healthcare Medtronic Varian Brainlab Qserve Group among others. The company leverages proprietary AI/data tools to streamline global compliance processes for medtech companies ranging from startups to multinationals. The other entity, Pure Global Cannabis Inc., as of early 2020–2021 updates, was a Health Canada licensed producer focused on high-quality branded/white-label cannabis flower/extracts/CBD products for Canadian/international markets via its subsidiary PureSinse. It operated GMP-compliant facilities in Brampton ON with joint ventures abroad including China/Yunnan province hemp-CBD production projects. Its business model included B2B sales under the PureCanna Solutions brand as well as direct-to-patient channels through partnerships like BuyWell Care.
