Pyrinas Real Estate Management is a Hong Kong-based private real estate investment and management company established in 2018. It is described as the real estate arm of Aeneas Group and an affiliate or wholly owned subsidiary within that broader group ecosystem. The company focuses on healthcare and life science real estate infrastructure rather than drug development, including management of laboratory and clinic facilities in Hong Kong. Pyrinas has also been associated with the launch and management of a U.S.-focused healthcare real estate fund aimed at developing co-working laboratory ecosystems for life sciences startups.
