QPoint Health was a healthcare technology and services company that specialized in population health management and value-based care solutions. Established as a joint venture between Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) and Navigant Consulting (now Guidehouse), the company provided the analytical and clinical infrastructure for the Vanderbilt Health Affiliated Network (VHAN). Its platform integrated clinical and financial data to support risk stratification, care coordination, and performance tracking for large provider networks. The company's tools were designed to help healthcare organizations transition from fee-for-service to value-based reimbursement models. QPoint Health has since been integrated into the internal operations of VHAN and its founding partners.
