QrumPharma

QrumPharma was a private U.S. pharmaceutical company focused on inhaled therapeutics for severe chronic and recurrent pulmonary infections, particularly nontuberculous mycobacterial lung disease and tuberculosis. The company developed pulmonary drug candidates designed for local delivery to the lungs, with inhaled clofazimine emerging as its best-known program. In December 2020, MannKind acquired QrumPharma, and the acquired assets were incorporated into MannKind's orphan lung disease pipeline.
