Overview
Qu Biologics has completed four Phase 2 clinical trials in lung cancer, Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Two additional randomized placebo-controlled Phase 2 studies are currently enrolling—one targeting post-surgical immune suppression in late-stage colon cancer patients undergoing resection of liver metastases and another evaluating restoration of innate immunity to prevent infections and improve health status in people aged ≥65. Recent results highlight efficacy signals such as improved fatty liver disease outcomes and enabling CAR T-cell efficacy against solid tumors.
