Qualidigm

Qualidigm was a prominent healthcare consulting and quality improvement organization headquartered in Wethersfield, Connecticut, that operated for nearly 40 years. The company specialized in providing data-driven solutions to enhance the quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness of healthcare services across the United States. As a designated Medicare Quality Improvement Organization (QIO), it worked extensively with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to improve healthcare delivery for beneficiaries in hospitals, nursing homes, and physician practices. In 2019, Qualidigm merged with VNA Health Care to expand its reach into community-based health services. However, following significant financial challenges, the organization ceased all operations and closed its doors in early 2021.
