QualiTech is a privately held manufacturer of animal nutrition, plant nutrition, and food ingredient products headquartered in Chaska, Minnesota. The company develops and commercializes ingredient systems used to improve animal health and performance, specialty crop nutrition, and the flavor, texture, and functionality of human food products. Its animal nutrition business is built around protected trace minerals, rumen-protected nutrients, vitamins, and palatability solutions, while its food solutions segment focuses on particulates, inclusions, savory blends, and nutraceutical-enabling ingredient systems. QualiTech was acquired by MidOcean Partners in June 2023 and remains an active portfolio company. In August 2024, the company expanded its food ingredients platform through the acquisition of Ellison Bakery.
