The company provided protected health information transfer, medical record retrieval, quality review, invoicing, delivery, and collection services for healthcare organizations. Founded in 2009 and based in the St. Louis/Swansea, Illinois area, Quest served provider clients nationwide. In March 2020, the company was acquired by RRS Medical, which announced the deal publicly in April 2020, and the business appears to have been absorbed into the acquirer rather than operating as a standalone biotech or pharmaceutical enterprise.
