Questus Therapeutics was an early-stage biotechnology company focused on developing next-generation gene therapies using innovative adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors. Founded by pioneers in the field, including Dr. Luk Vandenberghe, the company aimed to overcome the limitations of current viral delivery systems, such as tissue specificity and pre-existing immunity, to treat genetic diseases.
