Quilted Health

Quilted Health is a U.S. women's health company focused on midwife-led pregnancy, postpartum, gynecologic, and broader reproductive care, delivered through a combination of in-person and virtual services. The company also provides technology and administrative infrastructure for community birth providers, including an electronic health record platform, billing support, and a clinically integrated network for midwives. Quilted Health was founded to improve equitable access to whole-person maternity care and to support the sustainability of midwifery practices. The company operates care delivery in Washington state, including Spokane, and has partnered with health systems and hospitals for hospital-based births. Quilted Health announced that it is being acquired by MultiCare Health System and, upon closing, is expected to operate as a subsidiary aligned with MultiCare's nonprofit health system model.
