Radiological Physics Consultants

Radiological Physics Consultants was a U.S. medical physics and radiation safety services company focused on diagnostic imaging quality, regulatory compliance, and patient/staff radiation protection. Founded in 1980 and based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, the company served hospitals, imaging centers, physician offices, and mobile imaging providers across the southeastern United States. Its services included equipment acceptance and annual testing, accreditation support, shielding evaluations, dosimetry badge program management, and radiation safety officer services. In July 2020, the company was acquired by West Physics, after which it appears to have been integrated into the acquirer rather than continuing as a standalone biotech or drug-development company.
