Company intelligence / Profile preview
Radiopharma Partners was a Belgian-based consortium and holding company primarily known for its strategic role in the radiopharmaceutical industry during the mid-2000s. The company gained prominence through its acquisition of Cisbio International in 2006, a leader in HTRF technology and radiopharmaceutical diagnostics. Radiopharma Partners was subsequently acquired by Ion Beam Applications (IBA) in 2008, which consolidated its radiopharmaceutical activities under this entity. In 2012, as part of a major divestment, IBA sold the majority of its radiopharmaceutical division, including Radiopharma Partners, to SK Capital Partners, leading to the formation of IBA Molecular (now Curium).
