Overview
BioClin’s lead asset was B-701 (later called vofatamab), a first-in-class human monoclonal antibody targeting FGFR3. It advanced through Phase 1b and Phase 2 studies in metastatic urothelial carcinoma/bladder cancer—both as monotherapy and in combination with docetaxel or immunotherapies like atezolizumab and pembrolizumab. Early results showed promise especially for patients with FGFR3 mutations or overexpression. The company also explored preclinical work on achondroplasia.
