Company intelligence / Profile preview
Ralington Pharma was a clinical-stage specialty pharmaceutical company based in the United Kingdom that focused on the development of novel drug delivery systems for established therapeutic agents. The company primarily utilized sublingual and transmucosal delivery technologies to improve the pharmacokinetic profiles and ease of administration for drugs treating neurological and sexual health disorders. Its lead candidate, RP-1201, was a sublingual formulation of apomorphine designed to manage off episodes in patients with Parkinson's disease. Ralington Pharma also developed RP-1101, a sublingual version of sildenafil for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
