Rasayan Labs is an AI-native drug discovery and computational chemistry startup headquartered in San Jose, California, and Nagpur, India. Founded in early 2025, the company has developed a unified AI operating system that integrates retrosynthesis planning, ADMET prediction across over 1,400 properties, impurity prediction, and molecular editing into a single platform. Rasayan Labs also runs its own internal drug discovery pipeline, which includes 19 novel compounds in synthesis targeting inflammation through dual COX-2 and mPGES-1 inhibition. The company collaborates closely with the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) Mumbai to validate its platform and accelerate early-stage drug discovery workflows.
