REACH Health was a U.S. healthcare technology company focused on enterprise telemedicine software, particularly telestroke and other acute-care virtual consultation workflows. The company originated from work at the Medical College of Georgia/Augusta University and commercialized software that combined real-time audio/video, clinical documentation, imaging review, and patient data to connect specialists with remote hospitals. Its solutions were used by hospitals and health systems to support stroke assessment and broader telemedicine programs across multiple care settings. REACH Health was acquired by InTouch Health in 2018, and it no longer appears to operate as an independent company.
