The Paradise™ Ultrasound Renal Denervation system has demonstrated efficacy and safety for lowering blood pressure in patients with uncontrolled hypertension. It has shown positive results across three independent, randomized, sham-controlled clinical trials. The device received FDA approval in November 2023 as the first ultrasound-based renal denervation therapy for hypertension available in the United States. Clinical data show a significant reduction (~8 mmHg) in systolic blood pressure at two months post-procedure.
