RecordTrak is a U.S.-based provider specializing in the fast and reliable collection of medical records for legal proceedings. Founded in 1981 by Martin Marshall and headquartered in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, it served law firms as well as insurance, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies—often supporting complex litigation including multi-district cases. In January 2020 it was acquired by Magna Legal Services. While not itself a biotech or healthcare product developer or service provider per se—and thus not directly involved with therapeutic modalities or drug development—it played an important role supporting those industries through secure document retrieval for regulatory compliance and litigation needs.
