Tildacerfont, a CRF1 receptor antagonist for classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia and polycystic ovary syndrome, has completed multiple clinical trials. In April 2025, the company acquired tralesinidase alfa (TA-ERT), an enzyme replacement therapy for Sanfilippo Syndrome Type B; a Biologics License Application (BLA) submission to the FDA is anticipated in the first half of 2026.
