Red Team Associates

Red Team Associates was a private U.S. life sciences commercial strategy consulting firm that advised pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, vaccine, and medical device companies on product commercialization and revenue strategy. Its services included opportunity valuation, brand acceleration, launch planning, and pre- to post-launch commercial support. The firm appears to have focused on strategic consulting rather than developing its own therapeutic pipeline or proprietary drug platform. In early 2024, Red Team Associates merged with Brooks Hill Partners and Solstice Strategy Group to form Spinnaker Life Sciences Strategy Consulting. As a result, Red Team Associates does not appear to operate today as an independent standalone company.
