REDGEM MOLECULE is a Thai biotechnology company focused on developing epigenetic rejuvenation therapies based on the "RED-GEM" (REjuvenating DNA by GEnomic stability Molecules) technology. Founded by Professor Apiwat Mutirangura of Chulalongkorn University, the company's lead candidate, REDGEM-S-DNA, is a gene therapy designed to introduce "youth-DNA-gaps" into the genome. These gaps are intended to relieve DNA tension, prevent double-strand breaks, and restore genomic stability, thereby reversing cellular aging. The company is currently evaluating REDGEM-S-DNA in a Phase 1 clinical trial for safety and pharmacodynamics in healthy adults, with potential applications in skin aging, age-related functional decline, and oncology.
