Redx Crop Protection

Redag Crop Protection (formerly Redx Crop Protection) was a UK-based agrochemical discovery company that demerged from Redx Pharma in 2014. The company utilized its proprietary "Redox Switch" platform technology to develop novel, patentable agrochemicals by making strategic chemical modifications to existing, proven compounds. Its pipeline focused on high-value applications including fungicides, herbicides, and insecticides to address global food security and pest resistance. In 2019, the company sold its discovery division to the Belgian group Globachem NV, which now operates as Globachem Discovery. Redag Crop Protection entered administration in 2024 and was officially dissolved in September 2025.
