Overview
Redx Pharma has advanced multiple small molecule programs into clinical development. Zelasudil (RXC007), a selective ROCK2 inhibitor for fibrotic diseases including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, has entered Phase 2 trials. RXC008 targets fibrostenotic Crohn’s disease with completed Phase 1 data presented in early 2025. Zamaporvint (RXC004), a porcupine inhibitor for Wnt-ligand dependent tumors, is also in Phase 2 studies combined with anti-PD‑1 therapy. The pipeline includes additional preclinical assets targeting DDR1 and KRAS.
