ReEir

ReEir is a Japanese biotechnology company dedicated to the clinical development and commercialization of Multilineage-differentiating Stress Enduring (Muse) cells. Founded as a spin-off from Tohoku University by Dr. Mari Dezawa, the discoverer of Muse cells, the company focuses on regenerative medicine for life-threatening and intractable diseases. Muse cells are unique endogenous non-tumorigenic pluripotent stem cells that can be administered intravenously to home to damaged tissues and differentiate into functional cells. ReEir aims to advance the pipeline previously managed by Mitsubishi Chemical's Life Science Institute, targeting indications such as stroke, myocardial infarction, and epidermolysis bullosa.
