RegenMed, officially Lake Superior Centre for Regenerative Medicine, is a Canadian not-for-profit regenerative medicine and tissue-processing organization based in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The organization processes and distributes human allograft tissues for orthopaedic and sports medicine applications across Canada, including tendons, ligaments, bone particulates, structural grafts, and fascia membranes. RegenMed also commercializes DermGEN, an acellular dermal matrix for wound care that is promoted for chronic diabetic foot ulcers and other acute and chronic wound applications. The organization operates under a cost-recovery model, is certified by Health Canada, and is accredited by the American Association of Tissue Banks. Its business combines tissue banking, allograft manufacturing, and regenerative wound-healing products rather than a traditional drug-development pipeline.
