Regional Medical Laboratory

Regional Medical Laboratory (RML) is a full-service clinical diagnostic laboratory headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, providing a comprehensive array of testing services to healthcare providers. Established in 1983, the laboratory offers expertise in clinical chemistry, hematology, microbiology, molecular diagnostics, and anatomic pathology. RML serves a diverse client base including hospitals, physician offices, and clinics throughout Oklahoma and the surrounding regions. In 2022, Labcorp acquired the outreach laboratory business of Ascension, which included the operations of RML, integrating it into Labcorp's national network. The laboratory is accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), ensuring high standards of diagnostic accuracy.
