Company intelligence / Profile preview
Regnum holds U.S. commercial rights from CytoDyn to leronlimab (PRO 140), a CCR5-targeting monoclonal antibody for HIV, which met the primary endpoint in a Phase 3 trial in highly treatment‑experienced HIV patients; however, the biologics license application for multidrug‑resistant HIV was voluntarily withdrawn in 2022 after FDA refusal‑to‑file issues, and Regnum currently has no direct clinical development authority over the program.[3][5][6]
