Rehabilitative Resources

Venture Community Services, formerly known as Rehabilitative Resources, Inc. (RRI), is a prominent non-profit healthcare and human services organization based in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Founded in 1975, the agency provides a comprehensive suite of support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and brain injuries, including residential programs, day habilitation, and vocational support. The organization underwent a significant rebranding in 2015 and recently expanded through a 2024 merger with Life-Skills, Inc., growing its workforce to over 1,000 employees. Today, Venture operates more than 70 programs across 30 communities, focusing on empowering individuals to achieve independence and a high quality of life through innovative, person-centered care.
