Relaxed Clarity

Relaxed Clarity is a Colorado medical cannabis clinic business that provides patient evaluations, physician recommendations, and support for state medical marijuana card registration. The company was founded in 2009 and built a multi-location clinic presence in Colorado focused on cannabis-related outpatient services rather than drug development. Relaxed Clarity was acquired in 2019 by Skylight Health Group via its cannabis clinic strategy, and the business was later included in New Frontier Data's 2021 acquisition of Skylight's medical cannabis certification businesses. More recently, Relaxed Clarity has been presented as part of CMed/CannaMedData's national medical cannabis clinic and patient-data ecosystem. It is healthcare-related, but it is not a biotech or pharma developer and does not appear to operate a therapeutic R&D pipeline.
