ReLive’s lead product, Spherox, is an autologous cell therapy for knee cartilage repair approved by the European Medicines Agency. Over 19,000 patients have been treated with its spheroid-based approach. Clinical efficacy and safety have been demonstrated in Phase II/III trials. In December 2023, SpheChon was approved as Singapore’s first cell therapy for cartilage repair.[1][2][8] The company continues to develop next-generation universal allogeneic versions.
