REMEC Inc. was a diversified technology company that provided high-frequency microwave subsystems used in the transmission of voice, video, and data over wireless communications networks. While primarily known for its defense and telecommunications electronics, the company also operated in the medical technology space, providing specialized components and subsystems for medical imaging and diagnostic equipment.
