Renaissance Acquisition Holdings was a pharmaceutical company and contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in complex dosage forms, including topicals and sterile products. Formed in 2010 by RoundTable Healthcare Partners, the company expanded significantly through the acquisition of DPT Laboratories in 2011. It focused on developing and manufacturing generic prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) products across various therapeutic areas, with a strong emphasis on dermatology. The company operated major facilities in Lakewood, New Jersey, and San Antonio, Texas, providing end-to-end services from formulation development to commercial production. In 2016, Mylan acquired the company's non-sterile topicals business for $950 million to bolster its dermatology portfolio.
