Overview

Renexxion’s lead compound naronapride is a highly selective dual-action small molecule designed to enhance GI motility with minimal systemic absorption. It is currently being evaluated in a global Phase 2b trial (“MOVE‑IT”) for gastroparesis, with enrollment ongoing in both Europe and the United States. The company has also received FDA IND clearance to study naronapride as a treatment for PPI-nonresponsive GERD. Naronapride has shown efficacy across multiple GI motility disorders and may address significant unmet needs where current therapies are inadequate or unavailable.
