RPS was a global contract research organization providing comprehensive Phase I-IV clinical development solutions to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostic companies. It managed all aspects of clinical trials including project management, site management/monitoring, patient enrollment, data collection/management, statistical analysis/report writing, quality assurance/regulatory affairs.

In July/August of 2013 it was acquired by KKR and merged with PRA International to form one of the world’s largest CROs at that time.

The company is no longer active as an independent entity.
