Restigouche Health Authority

Restigouche Health Authority (RHA) was a regional healthcare provider responsible for delivering medical services in the Restigouche County region of New Brunswick, Canada. Headquartered in Campbellton, the authority managed several key facilities, including the Campbellton Regional Hospital and the Restigouche Hospital Centre, which is a specialized provincial psychiatric facility. In 2008, as part of a provincial restructuring of the healthcare system, the Restigouche Health Authority was merged with other regional entities to form the Vitalité Health Network. The organization focused on providing a comprehensive range of services, including acute care, emergency medicine, and specialized mental health services. Its legacy continues through the facilities it once managed, which now operate under the Vitalité Health Network umbrella.
