Rezera

Rezera (formerly NodThera) is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing a portfolio of internally-invented, wholly-owned oral small-molecule inhibitors of the NLRP3 inflammasome. The company's therapeutic pipeline targets chronic inflammatory drivers of cardiovascular, metabolic, and neurologic diseases. Its lead candidate, ruvonoflast (formerly NT-0796), is a brain-penetrant NLRP3 inhibitor that recently completed Phase II trials (RESOLVE-1 and RESOLVE-2) and is slated to enter a registrational Phase III study for peripheral artery disease (PAD) in the first half of 2027. Rezera is also advancing trabzanoflast (formerly NT-0150), a brain-penetrant NLRP3 inhibitor optimized for neuroinflammatory indications like Parkinson's disease, with Phase I results expected in late 2026.
