Rezolut

Rezolute is a late-stage rare disease biopharmaceutical company focused on therapies for hypoglycemia caused by hyperinsulinism. Its lead asset, ersodetug, is a fully human monoclonal antibody that allosterically modulates the insulin receptor and is being developed for congenital hyperinsulinism and tumor hyperinsulinism. The company reported Phase 3 data from the sunRIZE study in congenital hyperinsulinism in December 2025; although the trial did not meet its primary endpoint, Rezolute continues to discuss the path forward with the FDA and is advancing an ongoing Phase 3 tumor hyperinsulinism program.
