Richland Glass

Richland Glass is a U.S.-based precision glass manufacturer that supplies custom glass and quartz components, tubing, vials, ampoules, and related assemblies for medical, diagnostic, life science, electronics, and industrial applications. The company appears to operate primarily as an OEM and co-development manufacturing partner rather than as a therapeutics developer. In life sciences, Richland supports analytical instrument OEMs and diagnostic workflows with specialty glass containment and microfluidic sample-handling solutions used in discovery, diagnostics, and laboratory applications. Richland was acquired by Artemis Capital Partners in January 2025 and, in January 2026, merged with McDanel Advanced Materials and now operates as McDanel Glass Solutions while continuing customer support and production continuity. Its capabilities include custom engineering, sample qualification lots, precision glass processing, and FDA Drug Master File support for certain customer programs.
