Ridgeview Medical Center

Ridgeview Medical Center is an independent, nonprofit regional health care system headquartered in Waconia, Minnesota, serving the southwest Twin Cities region. The organization operates four hospital campuses in Arlington, Chaska, Le Sueur, and Waconia, along with primary and specialty care clinics, emergency and ambulance services, home health, home medical equipment, and an accountable care organization called Ridgeview Community Network. Ridgeview is a care delivery provider rather than a drug-development biotech or pharmaceutical company, so it does not have a traditional therapeutic pipeline. Its business centers on hospital-based and outpatient medical services across areas such as primary care, orthopedics, heart and vascular care, spine and pain, women’s health, surgery, imaging, and urgent care. Ridgeview remains one of the few independent health systems in Minnesota and emphasizes community-based, patient-centered care supported by advanced clinical technology.
