Rieiru

Rieiru is a Japanese biotechnology company specializing in the development of next-generation regenerative medicines using induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) technology. The company's core platform focuses on the production of iPSC-derived mesenchymal stem cells (iMSCs), which are designed to provide a standardized, off-the-shelf therapeutic solution that overcomes the scalability and consistency challenges of donor-derived cell therapies. Rieiru's lead candidate, RIE-01, is currently in clinical development for the treatment of steroid-refractory graft-versus-host disease (GvHD).
