Company intelligence / Profile preview
Rinocloud was an Irish health-tech and scientific data software company that developed cloud-based data infrastructure and AI-enabled tools for managing laboratory and science project data. Its platform was used to store, organize, query, and collaborate on scientific datasets, and the company was also described in later reporting as using synthetic human-like skin and artificial intelligence for testing skincare and health products. The business appears to have operated commercially rather than as a therapeutic drug developer, so it did not have a traditional biotech drug pipeline. Rinocloud raised seed funding, was acquired in April 2019 by Integumen/DeepVerge, and subsequently ceased operations in August 2023. Although the Irish company registration was later still shown as "normal" in some registry aggregators, news reporting indicates the operating business had shut down.
