RinuaGene’s lead candidate RG002—an mRNA-LNP therapeutic vaccine targeting high-risk HPV—received FDA IND approval in October 2023 for CIN II/III. It represents the world’s first approved mRNA-LNP therapeutic vaccine IND for this indication. Preclinical data show strong immunogenicity and tumor regression in animal models. Clinical trials are ongoing; no published human efficacy results yet
