Riptide Bioscience develops engineered peptide therapeutics targeting macrophage modulation (CD206), immuno-oncology, and infectious diseases. Its lead immuno-oncology program, RP-182, reprograms tumor-associated macrophages to proinflammatory states, showing promising preclinical results in pancreatic cancer models, including the best outcomes ever observed in NCI’s KRAS-p16 pancreatic cancer model when administered with gemcitabine[4][6]. Its anti-inflammatory/immunology program, AUR300 (licensed to Aurinia Pharmaceuticals), modulates M2 macrophages (via CD206), aiming to reduce fibrosis and inflammatory cytokines in autoimmune and fibrotic diseases; AUR300 entered clinical development in 2023[2][4]. The company also leverages Host Defense Peptides (HDPs) to address acute and chronic inflammation and infection[1][5]. Riptide has not yet advanced any candidate to human clinical trials as of the latest available data.
