RL Solutions was a healthcare software company focused on patient safety, risk management, incident reporting, infection surveillance, claims management, and patient feedback for hospitals and other care providers. The company developed commercial software used by healthcare organizations to identify, analyze, and reduce safety events and operational risk rather than developing therapeutic drugs or biologics. Founded in 1997 in Toronto, RL Solutions became a recognized vendor in healthcare governance, risk, and compliance software. In July 2018, it was acquired by Datix, and the combined business became RLDatix. Its legacy products and capabilities now sit within the broader RLDatix healthcare operations and patient safety platform.
