RMIT Drug Discovery Technologies (RDDT) is an Australian contract research organization (CRO) specializing in GLP-compliant pre-clinical toxicology and bio-analytical services. Originally established by RMIT University in 2004, the company provides critical safety assessment and pharmacology studies for the global biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. After being acquired by vivoPharm in 2012 and subsequently by Cancer Genetics (later Vyant Bio) in 2017, the Australian operations were divested in late 2022 to the Brandt Family Trust. RDDT continues to support drug development programs, particularly in oncology and immuno-oncology, through its expertise in in vivo and in vitro models and regulatory-compliant testing.
