Rocky Mountain Regional Trauma Center

The Rocky Mountain Regional Trauma Center (RMRTC), officially known as the Ernest E. Moore Shock Trauma Center, is a world-renowned Level I adult and Level II pediatric trauma center located at Denver Health in Colorado. Established in 1976, it serves as the primary trauma receiving hospital for the City and County of Denver and the broader Rocky Mountain region, treating patients from across the western United States.
