The company specialized in end-to-end supply chain management, including strategic contracting, clinical data analytics, and medical device implant services. Notably, ROi operated its own FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility and a manufacturing division for customized surgical packs (Custom Pack Solutions). In 2019, the company was acquired by HealthTrust, a leading performance improvement company for healthcare providers, to integrate its supply chain expertise and manufacturing capabilities into a broader national platform.
