ROQU Group was an Irish digital health and healthcare IT company best known for Health Passport Worldwide, a mobile-based platform created during the COVID-19 pandemic to link verified test and vaccination records with identity and access workflows. The company positioned the product for use across travel, events, workplaces, education, and other settings that needed rapid health-status verification rather than for development of therapeutics. ROQU partnered with testing and healthcare stakeholders to support COVID-19 screening programs and promoted the platform internationally in multiple countries. Available public evidence indicates the legal entity was incorporated in Ireland in 2020 and later entered liquidation, so it does not appear to be an active operating biotech or pharma company today.
