Roswell Textiles is a Calgary, Alberta-based manufacturer of nonwoven materials focused on synthetic and plant-based meltblown fabrics for medical, filtration, food-grade, and consumer applications. The company emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic to build domestic Canadian meltblown supply and developed in-house manufacturing equipment for nonwoven production. Its flagship ECOFUSE platform consists of plant-based biopolymer nonwoven materials positioned as lower-carbon alternatives to polypropylene-based materials. Roswell Textiles' materials have been commercialized in regulated medical products, including use in FDA 510(k)-cleared ASTM Level 3 procedural face masks through its partnership with PADM Medical. The company was acquired in 2021 by PADM Group and continues to operate as an active materials and technology business within that broader organization.
